Lovely, peaceful little place ( apart from when we popped down in 2020 to find the sea full of Greek ladies wearing hats 😂) If you're staying in the Stoupa/Agios Nikolaos area, it's worth driving down for a brief potter about.

Hey Peter, Mom, Anna & I watched many of your drone videos on their 55 inch tv screen. They are great, Mom really enjoyed watching them. Please make some new ones when you go back to Greece. Especially liked the music with this video. Thanks cousin.

In the summer the local businesses double the amount of sunbeds . The beach is blocked. You now see 3 rows on this video but in reality is like 7 . Avoid.

The kalogria beach is ruined by local businesses and the tolerance of the local authority. Avoid.

@@StoupaGreece thanks.....I have booked to go for 1 week in October. I know it can be crazy in the summer and I don't mind it a bit quieter but I hope it picks up a bit after all the problems this year.

Trust me, it hasn't changed since they put electricity in the village in 70's. I spent the summer of 1970 in Melia. Just a road thru the village now. All Donkey's and horses gone.

We were first introduced to Stoupa when staying at Villa Pelagia (shown in this Video) 13 years ago. We have since built a holiday House up in the Foothills of Neochori, over looking Stoupa & Kalogria - a beautiful part of the Mani Region. Your Video shows the area as it is - beautiful!! Thank you . . .

My father was born in Saidona ! We lived in Athens and visited grandpa in Saidona Every summer and of course every day was spent in Stoupa at the beach! What a beautiful place ! I was 17 when we left Greece, unfortunately I never returned but never forgotten this amazing place! I’m 50 now and it’s about time I returned! My name is Yiannis Lapeas, greetings from Florida USA.
