Mr Clive Unsworth was never "of Wigan". He was my near neighbour, Liverpool Road, Ashton in Makerfield.

Nice to see more footage of this beautiful car.My dad knew a previous owner of this car, a Mr Clive Unsworth of Wigan and used to go for rides in it in the 60s.Photos of the car from that time period I've obtained through a friend.At the time he had it, it didn't have any white stripes alone the bonnet, and the white spot was placed further down near the open mouth, presumably because it had had a respray.

@OW41N No, unfortunately I was late getting to the event and when I started filming the battle I promptly ran out of space on my SD card! Bit of a schoolboy error on my part, I really must try harder next year..... Hope your medic tent visit wasn't too serious.

i walked past that white covered bloke on the box around 11.30am i think it was and have to say he gave me the creeps lol. got a nice photo of him though lol, and i loved james the jester what a talent that lad has just amazing. i watched the salute last year but it was so dam pact i decided to go strait mill island after the march to make shore i got a rope view for my photography, so thank you for letting me see it after all.

The town centre salute was very well executed. The sealed knot were just brilliant! The volley they fired was so loud in the confines of the town square, the video doesn't do it justice. The street performer who often stands on a box nearby, dressed head to toe in white, very nearly fell over. Don't think he was expecting it, poor chap (it was quite amusing though)

great to see all the different area's covered and i missed the center salute as i went strait to the battle feild to miss the crowds. thanks for posting this and for doing my home town proud.
