Every time I listen to your piece I hear something different and new sounds. I learn from this.

Nice piece :) It has some Gyorgy Ligeti vibes in it. If you don't know Gyorgy Ligeti, his music is included in Stanley Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey" and "The Shining." You can find his complete works and interviews here one KZbin.

Listening to this piece, I think you and I are on the same level. You made music about The Harvest Moon. I made one about welcoming the Autumn Season. I have another one coming out soon about October including one about Halloween. "It's the most wonderful time of the year."

Hi! This sounds interesting. What synth instruments are you using?

Thanks so much. I don't know...I make so many tracks for so many different channels. I just go into FL Studio and go crazy like a kid in a candy store. My favorite preset at FL Studio is Resonice. I put the tracks together in FL Studio, edit in Audacity and then layer the tracks and adjust the volume in Canva.

@@whoaaudio Hi again :) I looked into your profile here and noticed your membership here on KZbin - you are 2 years "older" than me. I joined in May 2012. Thanks for replying. I see you use FL Studios like so many pros - for me, I use MULAB 7 as my DAW and various VST synths along with plugins like Valhalla SuperMassive, (you gotta check it out! It's friggin' awesome and it's FREE!). I also use Audacity, (like who doesn't) to do my music editing. Plus I also create my own videos. The sounds and music is what I like, although I kinda like the gritty sounds of any tone sounds including industrial. I also do field recordings. I always loved synth music since the days of Robert Moog :) Your music/video, "Venus Vibes" caught my attention and I like the sounds. What is "Canva"? Is it a plugin effect? Anyway, thanks. P.S. - you now have a new Subscriber :)

@@janetcraft thanks so much for the feedback and for subscribing! Like a lot of artists I create in isolation so it's cool to connect with other creative people. I need to look more into field recordings. Before I found FL Studio I was just recording audio from KZbin on my tape recorder app. Canva is a website you can use for free (I pay a little over a hundred dollars each year for Canva Pro)...I use it to create my thumbnails and the art I sell at Redbubble. I also use it to make my music videos. Will check out your channel now. Happy to connect!

@@whoaaudio Hi! Thank you for your reply :) Ya - I use a "tape recorder" app on my cell phone as well. Last July 1st was our Canada's Birthday so I put the phone down on a chair and recorded the loud fireworks that was displayed in our neighborhood. After that, I download the sounds on Audacity, added a touch of reverb and slowed it down. The sounds are amazing I must say - it sounded like bombs and gun fire in the distance. Something like a war. I added some of my music to it and made a video. I had help with an artist named, "Forgotten Dawn" in which he sent me some his music samples - so we collaborated together. I will be releasing it soon here on KZbin. Look for the title: "Janet Craft & Forgotten Dawn - Silent Whisper." I will look into Canva. Sounds interesting. I use "Photoscape" to do all my image changes including resizing them and also to do my credit titles and thumbnails. I've been using for years and - it's FREE :) If I can't find video clip or even that special sound effect that I need I come here to KZbin plus there are other sites on the Internet in which you can download sound effects for FREE as well. I prefer to create my own - but when you need, say - dogs barking - gotta admit, it's kinda hard to get your pet doggie to bark on cue :) Thanks for checking out my Channel :) Hope you find something you Like :) All the Best! Take care :)

Serious question..... What is the difference between white noise and yellow noise ? Honestly, I could not tell you either way.
@whoaaudioАй бұрын
Pretty sure it’s open to interpretation although I’ve found definitions on what the different colors are about. Brown noise is the smoothest. White noise can be harsh. I’m just using intuition when I create the noise and assign different colors.
@bertholini2810Ай бұрын
@@whoaaudio That's what I was wondering (seriously). The white noise I have heard can be negative. Thank you (a lot) for your response !!
