Just finished watching & all I now imagine is Air 'cause I'm feeling suffocated..😂 Worst movie ever!! Almost unbearable to watch. I'm Indian and I am supposed to back this film but sorry!! This is a complete waste of time. I had high hopes from this but... India has so much to offer in terms of movies but this is absolute disgrace. Don't waste your time or money. Visit a museum, go to a park, spend time with your family but not this film.

Gosh!! The movie was so slow, it was slower than a heard of snails travelling through peanut butter. It's a shining beacon of modern cinema that proves one thing- if you take away background music, strip out engaging dialogues and substitute emotional resonance with long shots of nothingness, critics will call it "Art". There is no drama, no tension, just an endless parade of empty gazes, awkward silences and existential dread. It was like staring at a blank wall for 2 hrs. 😂😂😂

What an insightful conversation!! It is always a pleasure to hear the effervescent Payal talk about her film but Ranabir's perceptive comments though few and far between were very welcome. The cherry on top was of course Peter Bradshaw, whose vast knowledge and British humour took the interview to the next level.

This analysis shows why Filmkopath is THE best youtube channel of this country. Merry Christmas to me is one of the best world cinema of this decade. In an absolute disappointing year in cinema it was a clear blue sky pollution free refreshing cold WINTER day after a violently hot summer. It was so magnificently layered I felt this is the only reason to breath. I must end this movie needed this tribute and hope director cast and crew view this tribute. And buddy do not look into number views of your videos. One day this channel will be acknowledged as a great source for research.

Thank you for this take that brought in another angle (The Four Seasons) I hadn’t at all thought of. It is a lovely film with heartfelt performances. It’s been awhile since I viewed it but I do recall being swept up until the sequence where they conspire to destroy the duplicate set. That plot twist just felt a bit too Hollywood artificial for me and snapped me out of the narrative. The film however recovers with a terrifically tragic ending.

you will find Bramayugam high on our list of best performances of the year. As a film we loved the audacity but had some reservations as well. Perhaps will talk about it some day. Then again, on any other year the film would have still be there on Top 10 or even Top 5, but in 2024, there were so many gems to chose from and we had to leave it out of the list. However, with so many of you mentioning Bramayugam, it clear means that the film had worked very well for most 🙂

Prashant acting in the movie ❤ specially Micu scenes, after death and in funeral scenes are awesome. Climax scene and the emotions parvathi and urvashi ma'am brought in was just awesome. Writer and director 👏👏

Why everybody's list is same. If it is so then Indian film is absolutely facing a deep crisis. Otherwise the whole system is badly manipulated to push everybody to watch the same film. In that case it is croony capitalism or perverted communism. Do not take it as criticism. Want you to think and answer.

Is it a Tamil or Malayalam film? If not he won't care . There are no Kannada and Telugu industries in his film dictionary.
