If you start a little way into your seam and then reverse then go forward and complete your seam it will not jam up at the beginning ❤

There's something I don't understand. I use Card Holders but there is only one kind of Card Holder that have pockets in both sides, not only one. With the sewing machine you get that or you just get only one?
@CraftmadesimpleOfficial3 жыл бұрын
@ra360 Well maybe now I could buy all kinds of pocket sleeves… back then I couldn’t find it on the internet… I’m in Europe so for a very long time a lot of small businesses that specialise in cool stationery didn’t send them to Europe or the costs were too high… That’s why I took what I had available and that’s a giant pocket sleeve and made it so there was a hole on one side … I guess if you want a pocket on two sides you can take two of those and if you are sewing them together they will be extra sturdy and you can cut a hole on both sides… and it will not tear. Hope this helps ☺️

Are you using a tampon (what kind?) for ageing the corners? Great idea! Why not?
@CraftmadesimpleOfficial3 жыл бұрын
any cotton ball will do but you indeed can use a tampon or a face sponge… whatever you have on hand and you would’n mind getting inky… have fun!!!

what do u think looks better??
@CraftmadesimpleOfficial3 жыл бұрын
I love both versions to be honest... the fuse tool had a learning curve for me, because I guess I’m more used to a sewing machine...
@vvvvv27383 жыл бұрын
hi! what do u think works and looks better??☺️ i have neither sewing machine nor the fuse, but im planning to buy either. what do u recommend for beginners since i don’t know how to use both😅
@CraftmadesimpleOfficial3 жыл бұрын
I think that if you have any prior experience with a sewing machine than I would go for that it’s a bit more useful than a fuse tool... But if you don’t know how to use a sewing machine and have no desire ever using it other than sewing the sleeves I think you should go for the fuse tool... Hope this helps ❤️

Is this washable?
@CraftmadesimpleOfficial4 жыл бұрын
Izzycarma Hi! It depends... if you leave an opening or instal a zipper to empty the pillow from the filling than yes... otherwise no it’s not washable. :)

Hi! 😊 I came across your video. I have a faux leather cover, maybe somewhere around a 5x7 size, with two side pockets that use to hold a monthly calender. It's a pretty cover that I just couldn't throw out. I'm thinking I could make a travelers notebook with it. Thank you for sharing your video.

Do not panic! :) You can make the holes and then saw the edges of the hole so they won't fray and if you don't mind the fraying you can just leave them as they are.
