@Hayden-fp1ib correct. All you do is shuffle the required materials back to the deck without a fusion card.

@@exal1504 incorrect muckracker protects monster(s) that would be destroyed by battle or card effect. I know this effect really well. That is why I use muckraker in my yubel deck.

@itachi.uchiha120 having more than one phantom just ensured that bricking with YTI and YUN was not an issue. Results would very on how one builds there deck and dark eruption is a consistent tool that works for my deck that runs monsters with less than 15atk.

Calculator was the OG win con for Yubel decks way back when Yubel came out. Sadly, back then, it was nowhere NEAR enough to make the deck viable. Heck, it couldn't even be relied on to bring in the win despite its high attack stat since it was considerably harder to have two Yubels on the field at once and it was a lot easier to stop that one attack back then. And usually, the calculator would then die to TI's effect. XD Back then, you would have less trouble making Dark Strike Fighter (pre-errata) and burning for game then actually getting that single attack through. With Yubel finally having some support and the multiple ways to tutor this thing now though... I can see it.

I just barely reached Gold ranks, but it's incredibly tough 😭. I've been playing YMD for almost a year now, but facing decks like Yubel and others, along with certain powerful cards, is really challenging 😅. Do you have any tips or suggestions? I'm gradually improving my deck, though.

@CsRLG in this format decks like Yubel, snake eyes fire king, labrynth, and Kashtira share 2 things in common, they use the graveyard and Banish cards to extend their plays. using staples like Ghost Belle, Artifact lancea, Gravediggers trap hole, Skull meister, and Twin Twisters, they can slow down your opponents plays, giving you a dueling chance. Plus, an evenly matched helps out, too. :). I hope this helps you Good Luck and don't forget to keep on dueling.

yubel has a pretty significant weakness of backrow/backrow boardbreakers. of course a future rank 10 xyz will help that and still is one of the two best decks right now
