I'm going to research this and hopefully post a video this Friday of my findings! I really feel like there has got to be some way to do this!

This is the best video I've found so far, creating a specific routine/ritual after work and sticking to it can help trick the brain and help fight the ruminations. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nJSWlGaFp9V-iassi=8SnhBN64OwF1XEcr

Grow your hair out. Try to be more of a woman, get married and have children.

Been there! This is coming from a place of love and compassion but it sounds like the root cause issue might not necessarily be decompressing/compartmentalizing but rather prioritizing and/or time management during the week? You could also just be totally overworked and have too much on your plate and I'm basing this off a 30 sec clip so, take it with a grain of salt 😅 Time blocking has definitely helped me a ton, especially working remote where you never leave work or home lol Atomic Habits is a game changer, so is How The Wise Decide. You may have an easier time detaching from work, if you've accomplished everything you set out to do. 😊I know I have a really hard time with multi tasking, getting distracted or pulled away etc.. so I'm taking my own advice here too. I hope those books help you and I hope you're able to unwind, unplug and enjoy your well deserved weekend!

@clotheslineco, this is so helpful! Thank you much! I could definitely improve on time blocking for sure! On the days I've accomplished what I set out to do it is a lot easier😊 I'm going to check both of those books out! Thank you much!! I hope you have a awesome weekend as well!!

When my boys were really young these frogs would come to the kitchen window and eat all the bugs they could catch. Don't know where the name came from, but they called them pokey frogs

I think this probably resonates with a lot of folks out there. Hopefully this will inspire me to remember who I was and that my life is still magical and wonderous. We should never lose our curiosity as we walk along our path. It's definitely brought back the wanderlust part of my soul.
