When you're learning i'd recommend going for the slowest otherwise you won't have time to apply what you learned.

I was recently playing a 10 minute game in Lichess. I fumbled a rook (so that if he made the right move i would have no good moves). The great guy let me have the turn again. I am very thankful because it gave me some insight into thinking about potential moves of the opponent

yeah two rooks are considered slightly better than the queen but it also depends on the position. On this one specifically it was a small inaccuracy by black.
