I spent all day yesterday getting those top two bolts out! I had to cut them down with a Dremel disc and then use vice grips and a breaker bar to turn them VERY difficult!

I'm going to be swapping my radiator in a few weeks on my 2004 T1N, so I'm thankful you posted this video. Yesterday I had to remove that top bracket and pull the 2 radiator clips, to lean the radiator away from the engine to get to the water pump - but I didn't actually remove the radiator, and wasn't sure how it attached at the bottom. Now I know the key is taking off the front bumper, detaching and swinging out the AC condenser, removing the intercooler, and simply pulling up on the radiator core. You made my life easier, so I'd like to try to do the same for you. If you need to drain the coolant again and get to that radiator drain valve, it is WAY easier to get to if you remove the driver's side headlight. This lets you reach around through the empty headlight pod to open the drain valve... which you will now be able to actually see! One other thing I found extremely helpful: PB Blaster penetrating oil - get the one with the swing-up spray tube. If you are planning a job on your sprinter, try spraying the bolts you will be removing, twice a day, every day for 5 days before the job. You will be amazed how much this eases bolt/nut removal. Even if you can't plan a job ahead of time, spray down the bolts and let it sit for an hour, and see how much difference it makes. Every T1N Sprinter sold should include several bottles of PB Blaster - they are known to have issues with rust.

We lived in a house for 12 years with a barking dog and loud pool parties on one side and a retired guy who mowed his lawn and used his leaf blower many times a day on the other. This feels like a long Tiktok. I always park far away from stores entrances, and I came back to a vehicle parked sideways with their lights on shining directly into my car. First time I ever talked to someone, because I was planning on being there for a bit. Also people need to know how to put their parking brake on to turn off their automatic lights when the vehicle is on.
