this was just what i needed, its true that no one other than myself cares about me and my life, no ones coming to save me. i have to be my own superhero and embrace struggle instead of confortzone because all the changes that matter happen outside of the confortzone

I’ve recently decided to completely overhaul my routine. I now wake up at 6 AM, spend 20 minutes meditating to clear my mind, then dive into reading a new book each month. After that, I’ve started learning a new language online and hitting the gym every afternoon. The shift in my mindset has been huge, and it got me wondering: What small daily changes have made the biggest impact in your lives? Let’s share tips and see what’s working for others!

because tomorrow I'm going to the fucking shit again, bro. whatever this shit it is that make me nauseous and sick to my stomach, it made me hurt, there's no ending. That's the person i listen to, the person who is gaining the knowledge, you gain knowledge through suffering. And on the other end of suffering is the world that very few, very few have ever seen. It is a beautiful world. Cause that's the place you found yourself. You don't find yourself in over here, you find yourself on the other end. Like the 100 mile race that i ran for 24 hours, on the other end i found myself on that fucking race. In that moment you find yourself. There is a there's whole another world out here. That never even saw. The world IS IN YOUR MIND.

You cut your calories down and thanked the Lord that you inherited, not a massive appetite otherwise you would have found it so bloody hard to lose weight. In other words you are a greedy glutton in the first place to put all that weight on when you haven't got much of an appetite

For skinny guys, keep the exercise, but if you want to bulk up and gain whether muscle or running endurance, you need to eat quite a lot.

David Goggins saved my Life. Before January 13th I was suffering from severe Depression, Drug and Alcohol Addiction and weighing 300 pounds obese male and I had hit rock bottom. I was suffering tremendously and I had to make a choice. I started exercising everyday day left social medi for good and slowly started getting better. Today it is July 21st 2024 and I went from being 300 pounds to 239 pounds in six months. Haven't missed a single day of exercising and the most important part is that I no longer Suffer from depression. David Goggins is the true answer to everyone's self doubt and sickness. I am never going back to my Old self. STAY HARD!!! 💪😎🐐🔥

Its such a shame I have all Dr Joes books he never shares the actual process to heal another he is very talented we all know this he’s the first one to bridge spirituality and science but what’s needed is the actual method to do this for humanity an actual method to be able to empower humanity to be heart based healers this would really be supernatural and it’s the missing link from his texts not everyone can afford huge prices to goto the advanced retreats it’s my wish he shares the method my hearts open I opened it with his works no seminar all hard work but I still do not understand the core principles to preform remote healings, in person healings the love from the heart the feeling of connection to nature and all people is amazing

He does. It could be a good time to explore going to a progress or ideally advanced retreat. He spends a great deal of time explaining this and taking you through it.

I read a news article about an officer who had a pet GSD. Not a police dog, but a GSD. A woman was being attacked by a dog and nobody could stop it. In a last ditch effort the officer ran and opened his front door. That dog fought for 20 minutes straight until the other dog was dead and he himself had to be hospitalized and undergo surgery. This caused me to research German shepherds. What I found was the thing that makes them different is that they were bred for mentality. They are not the strongest dog, but they are strong. They are not the smartest dog, but they are smart. They are not the fastest dog, but they are fast. They aren't the most agile, but man can they move. No, the line focused on DRIVE. That's why they jump out of airplanes w marines. They never give up. "You're going to have to kill me." It's also why they're a bear to train if you don't know what you're doing lol. They're smart and stubborn, but they WANT to learn. You just have to know how to focus that drive. Long story short my GSD is named Lupa and she inspires tf out of me. May we all be like those dogs. They're "why" is because it's who tf I am. That leads me a lot in my career. It's not success, it's not competition, it's not for recognition or praise, it's because it's who I am.

My husband is very sick right now and they are suspecting blood cancer, results to come in this week. I believe it's possible to get a good report and whatever the root cause of disease can be healed and disappear from his body. I am new to this and hope that if anyone is experienced in someone being healed remotely, I pray that you are willing to send your positive thoughts or advice.
