Does the unit have to be at a certain level for it to start charging?

@@ETaker-official Hello, First off the M2000 is a great unit I would highly recommend it. To the problem 1 - Battery Voltage is good coming out of the battery, 2 - I've tried it sitting still in my driveway and driving over 30 miles on the road driving between 10 mph to 65 mph, 3 - turning on the switch and off, plugging in the cables and unplugging them, checked the power going from the battery to the Fleet1000 all good, nothing happening coming out of the Fleet1000. I have plugged in these other ways to charge the ETaker unit with the Car Charging Cable (Cigarette adapter) no problem, Solar Charging Cable with the 400 Watts of Solar Panels no problem, AC Charging Cable no problems. Every time it shows on the M2000 input, when the Fleet1000 is plugged in it does not show any input. We're trying to start our 48 state road trip in our Ram 3500 ProMaster but this is giving us a detour. I look forward to purchase the wind charging unit when it becomes available for the M2000. Any help would be appreciated.
