Thank you for sharing! Seeing your progress is very encouraging. I've been deliberating about trying the Levine protocol myself, and have found your videos very informative.

Yes it felt good to me. I stopped due to another health condition but while I was doing it I really enjoyed it and it definitely gave me more energy by month two!

Are you ill? Does this exercises can help for VASOVACAL syncope?

I have had a challenging year so far but due to another condition. The Levine Protocol really helped my POTS symptoms. I don’t know enough about vasovacal syncope to know if these exercises would help. Stay strong.🙂

@@krzysztofjob2801 yes! This routine could help with vasovacal syncope, although you should always do it carefully and notice what works for you

Hi Emma , due to your POTS do you homeschool? Also, I’m a parent of a kiddo with POTS and Autism. You seem to be really independent and doing great 👍🏼

Hi I went to a special needs school and loved it! I have POTS and Autism also. I like to be as independent as possible although lately it’s been hard due to medical difficulties. I’m hoping to make an update video soon things have just been so hectic.

How did you find your PT? Also, has this protocol helped you feel more healed from POTS or no?

Yes this Protocol totally helped but not right away. The beginning made me very tired and worn down but then I got more energy. I found my PT by getting a referral from my PCP. Good luck!

Hi Emma, I am a parent of a child wPOTS and Autism. Do you know what caused your POTS and what treatment before this vacation did you receive to be able to do this vacation?
@lifewithemma6907
@lifewithemma6907 Жыл бұрын
I have traumatic brain injury and was exposed to medications that hurt me and I did not respond well to. This vacation was actually before things got really bad. The one thing I would say is keep trying new things until something works. Also being in bed feels good but it also made my situation worse. In the hospitals they wanted me sitting up and getting up as much as I could. Maybe you could make a game out of it with a preferred activity or snack to make it more enjoyable and achievable. Hope this can help.

You are definitely not alone. It’s so hard especially at first. For me it got easier when I began to understand why my body was doing certain things and I figured out triggers and how to avoid them. Good luck with your journey. I’m glad my video was helpful to you. A big reason I make them is so people don’t feel alone because that’s how I felt at first.
