It does look like King Kong might coming running through the woods. Fire Ants are the worse. I was in Panama for 3 weeks doing Jungle Training when I was in the Army. Doing some night recon, we somehow hit a Fireant nest in the trees. I was the RTO and just tossed my pack and jumped in the creek. We all did. They are no joke. Really nice-looking golf course. It's amazing how they find a way to carve out a golf course. Robbed on that putt on the par 3. Thought it was in. You do not want to be that guy chasing the ship. At first as a lower handicap with decent swing speed I thought do I need the most forgiving driver? but man I had my best driving summer of golf in many years. Got custom fitted. Couldn't be happier. So much confidence with it. Love their fairway woods as well. Got a 430 5 wood that I really enjoy. It feels so stable through impact. Can use off the tee or fairway/rough unlike a 3 wood that is mainly only used off the tee.

@chiefnakoma2 ай бұрын
@BlackBirdieGolf I've also got a 7 wood. I took some crap from my friends calling me old and it's not for a single digit handicap, but I really like it. I hit mine 210-215 and with the height it drops in like a short iron and stops. It's really hard to hold a green with a hybrid or long iron. That 7 wood has gotten me out of trouble a lot. If hit one off target it's a nice option to hit up over trees from 200 yards and back to the green. If need a low shot I punch a 4 iron. Its not great in really high winds when hitting into the wind (so I took it out of my bag on my Bandon trip). I'm definitely a fan of the 7 wood.

It should be mid 80s during the day and mid to high 70s at night. A tool I use to figure out the weather is AccuWeather.com when you click on monthly temp, you can check what the temp was last year or any year or month. I typically check just the year before. I hope you have a great time Stan!
