LATERALIS has 8 curves, while TRAJECTORY has 6 curves, so please keep in mind that they are different shapes and are not the same when compared. I feel that TRAJECTORY is more comfortable as glasses. TRAJECTORY is also lighter in weight. The bridge width of LATERALIS is also 1mm wider than Trajectory, which is a little wider for me as a Japanese person and makes my cheeks touch it easily, so that's something that bothers me personally. In Japan, three types of Trajectory nose pads are included, and the middle or thickest pads are comfortable. In terms of fit, even the large pads that come with LATERALIS are wider than the thinnest pads of Trajectory. In terms of how well LAETRALIS covers the face and the field of view, there are fewer gaps and a wider fit. Regardless of the fit, I feel that LATERALIS is better for protecting your eyes from UV rays and light. The fit can be adjusted by customizing it, such as by attaching the ACTUATOR or TRAJECTORY nose pieces, so please refer to this if you are concerned about the fit around your nose width.

I also like the cool look of 8-curve sunglasses, so I'm sure you're wondering which ones I can wear. I try them out every time a new item comes out, but it's been a while since I've seen an 8-curve that's easy to wear. I definitely recommend using this as a reference for customizing the nose area. Although the shape doesn't fit exactly, I was able to attach the TRAJECTORY parts. The popular PLANTARIS also has a larger nose area and fits better than LATERALIS. Please look forward to them hitting stores.

No es posible sustituir sólo la parte de goma, por lo que tendrás que sustituir toda la patilla. Tendrás que quitar los tornillos de la bisagra para reemplazarla, pero como es una bisagra de resorte, te recomendamos que la reemplaces en un distribuidor oficial OAKLEY. En Japón, el par cuesta unos 8.000 yenes. Calculo que el costo de la reparación rondará los 56 dólares estadounidenses al tipo de cambio actual.

Thank you for your question. I went to an exhibition two days ago to see the new products that will soon be on sale, but there was no announcement of any additional sizes. Apart from the nose, there are no other size variations. In Japan, two different nose parts, large and small, are included, which can be used to adjust the fit.

This is something you should discuss with the retailer where you purchased it. Due to the structure, which is held in place with screws on both sides, if the upper and lower frames are not misaligned and connected properly, gaps will form and noise will be likely to be generated. We previously had such items with the HSTN Metal that we had in stock. However, if the upper and lower frames are combined correctly, I don't think there should be a problem. If you try and can't get them to fit together correctly, contact the place where you purchased them immediately. You should consult the retailer where you purchased them for more details. If it's a genuine product, there shouldn't be a problem if you fit the upper and lower frames together correctly.
