Thank you for your very helpful content. I want to share my new favorite eye product that I use every day and is either a base or just gives coverage on no makeup days: DRMTLGY Luminous Eye Corrector SPF 41. I have same coloring as you and use shade Fair on lid up to brow and also under my eyes. Then, to give under eyes more staying power, I started using Tula Glow & Get Cooling and Brightening Eye Balm. I then use just a little concealer where needed. I love Westman Atelier in Biscuit and have used on my cheeks and in crease in place of eyeshadow. I am about to purchase your recommended brush and attempt to contour my nose. And, I am now going to try your eyeliner technique...I have deeps set eyes and gave up on tight lining. Fingers crossed.

I am digging those jeans. Might just have to splurge! Cute stuff.

I am older than you by about 15 years so I have a different routine where powder is only if necessary in any oily spots. For the Heathplex gym I use Erborian CC cream which has a fuller coverage that most tinted moisturizers I have used & I love it as I can smear it on easily. I also have" IT tinted moisturizer" that has a glow factor. I put my Estee Lauder Futurist foundation on with a brush and try to pat it on and not drag the brush. I have been using tretinoin 7 .5 years so my skin looks clear & bright but ask anyone my age and it is trouble. It is worth it when I get called out for being younger. Alot of moisturizer & monitoring my skin go with it. Too much foundation can look cakey and too little is not enough to look the way we want. Sunscreen can effect the way our foundation lays and wish they made a universal one. I use Elta MD - may try the untinted one again. If you have suggestion, I am listening....ha! Great video!

I have been using DRMTLGY Universal Tinted Moisturizer. I haven’t felt the need to use any type of foundation since trying it. I’m in my 70’s.

I love shoes! Ha! I’ve heard the Golden Goose is going out, and yes, a lot of people are definitely going to be unhappy! Personally, I’m like you and prefer a plain white sneaker. I purchased a pair of Sam Edelman white leather sneakers a few years ago, and they still look like new so I’m not changing! At 73 I’m not hip enough to pull off the Golden Goose anyway! Ha! I did buy some red patent leather kitten heels with pointed toes and look forward to styling them with several outfits. Great video! Thanks for all your research on this!

OK, this probably sounds lame and cheap, but that's how I go, as long as everything looks classic and stylish. I buy my shoes from Dream Pairs on Amazon. They have a great fit for my feet if I have to wear heels. And I can't wear flats, my feet would kill me. I keep most of everything I buy and continue to wear it unless the composition has deteriorated. I don't follow the dictates of fashion. I always stay with the classics. I don't care if booties are out of fashion, my pant legs are hiding most of them anyway. I have clothing almost 40 years old and it's still in perfect condition. ( Yes, I'm old) And in a Classic style. And YES, I buy my white sneakers at Walmart. You can't tell the difference between them and a $600.00 pair, and I'm not wearing them 24 hours a day, so they last a long time. So girls, go for whatever you prefer.

I kept my Sam Edelman leopard print loafers and my pointy toed snakeskin flat mules from a few years ago. It seems shortly after people have purged their trends, they come roaring back in fashion. Since leopard skin has been in and out all my life, I’m investing in accessories (belts, bags) and just keeping them around. All this decluttering madness does not have to include classic pieces. I regret getting rid of my hobo bags! As a 5 footer myself I’ve totally embraced the nude shoe thing for the reasons you stated, but once in awhile it’s nice to break the rules and go for the red Mary Janes!

I got red MJs on sale DV by Dolce Vita from Macys. It is a fun trend but I wasn’t willing to make a big investment. I think I paid $30ish.

I'm almost 60 and from the office days when we wore red, pink, yellow...all colored pumps. Mostly Payless but we had them! I just can't ! 😂

Thank you and welcome to Colorado. I'm adding sneakers to my winter work wardrobe this year. First a black leather and a navy leather pair and then if possible I will be adding a brown pair too. Preferably water resistant for my commute from the mountain to town for work.

I have sam Edelman black Patton leather flats! OMG so comfy and usually I dont do flats because I am 4'11, but I like it better than a sneaker now at 57! sling backs will always be in style! I have flats and pumps in them. In California you can wear it to a Christmas party! LOL having said that I do love my Veronica Beard sneaker in vanilla- pricy but comfy with jeans on an airplane.Also if you want more affordable and a bit of color try new balance light pink with chocolate brown!! OMG much more affordable and a splash of color too! A bit cheaper than VB too. Headed to Colorado for Thanksgiving with my men to spend it with my daughter. Fun video thanks!
