@@stevelovesgod It is simple you decide how people treat you. Money is just a tool. Yes it can get you things but what it can not buy is self respect. Taking that money for doing nothing is just re-enforcing the stereotype those folks had about backs wanting something for nothing. It also takes away from companies who really believe that diversity is important and not a hustle to get what you want.
