He speaks Catalonian, Spanish , French and English proficiently as far as I have heard him in different videos.I suspect he might also speak Norwegian as he has been living there for a long time. NB 3 is better than NB4. Thats why its really popular. NB5 looks less bulky, softer and have more colorway than the NB4. Will skip the NB4 and go for NB5

I'm going to buy another pair of 4s while I see how other people get on with the 5s as I am concerned about the softness. Luckily I have an asics outlet shop only 30 mins away. Better still there's a saucony shop almost next door to it as well!

Hey mate, nice review! I saw other reviewers mention the foam definitely is a bit softer than the NB4 (which was quite firm) where with these your foot sinks in a bit, and then it decompresses and bounces you forward on each stride. I’m a bit surprised you said this midsole is even firmer than the 4. But good to hear these are more stable feeling!

Nice one, the Novablast 5 looks a good upgrade. I'm on that Barrowford circuit Wednesdays and Sundays. Wednesday no one. Sundays very busy with kids learning to ride, walkers and occasioally even runners! It's a good venue for videos ; done a couple myself on there. Terry Lonergan

Glad to see they fixed some stuff. NB4 - the upper was unusable for me in summer, pretty toasty. The fit was a bit loose overall, but didn't mind that. Ousole was the worst on any shoe i've had, slippery on wet. As for the midsole, I didn't find it very bouncy. It was great and protective on longer slow runs, but not as versatile as the Mach 6. Still a very good shoe for most people. The only difference is that there are so many great daily trainers now (rebel v4, 1080v14, Balos, Mach 6, Adizero evo sl...).

But they don't all work for everyone. ASICS always fit me well compared to other brands. Also 90 day trial helps.

3:11 you talk about your wider fit and the shoe lockdown. Comparied to the NB3 and 4 is this more wide foot friendly? I have the NB3 and that's slightly too narrow for me, wondering if I should get a NB5 wide or if the standard is already slightly wider.
