Mr TED talk looks like he's the kind of guy who would buy a property, jack up the rent 300%, evict the family for non-payment of rent, never do any repairs to the property but will still charge $3000 pm on a house that should only be $600 pm

My takeaways: 1st a huge shout out to Heather for her determination and for Doing the Thing! Matt I love how you casually drop the knowledge - “Success leaves clues” & “You are most qualified to help the person you used to be”. So important to take a moment to reflect and check yourself on progress so you do not run in place - am I all in, am I in a growth minded environment that is fostering accountability, coaching/enhancing skills, standards that “help me keep up with the changing market”. I wrote down - “Schedule” = Momentum for me and Heather’s next words were literally that she follows her calendar - so huge! # of of OH per mo, # of conversation per day, follow up etc. Treat RE like a business and show up everyday - Have your non-negotiables top of mind and follow the playbook and proven processes. I wrote a smiley face next to your statement about what constitutes a conversation - because that SCREAMS I have standards - it has to be 2 min or longer made in the dialer - that cuts any excuses - Love that! Thank you for opening up and being vulnerable for others - I obviously relate to this a lot!
@allornothinginrealestate8 ай бұрын
Thank you! I'm glad to hear that you found so much value in our podcast episode. Your takeaways are spot-on, and it's fantastic to hear how the conversation standards struck a chord with you. Keep chasing your momentum, and don't hesitate to reach out with more insights or questions in future episodes!

One thing that comes to mind after watching this is choose your suck. You can choose to make the call and deal with the uncomfortableness or you can choose the suck of not potentially having a sales opportunity. Great discussion. Thank you both for the transparency.

Hi Matt, I love your content and I know it is just a matter of time for your channel to reach the millions. If I may, although your message and videos are always impeccable, I can't help but wonder why the algorithm haven't boosted your channel yet. I think it's because you talk more at people than talkin to people. The "you" in your message doesn't connect to me, but your message does (impeccable as always). But the crowd is lead by emotional connection, and it is seldom present in your content. You already have the most difficult skillsets which are consistency and dedication. I can't wait to see your channel reach to the top and tell all my friends that I've been there for so long. I love your content and will always support and root for you. 😘

I almost lost friends telling them 75Soft doesn’t exist. People will cling to their identity and hold on super tightly to their victim mentality so they don’t have to take responsibility.

Another part of 75Hard if the inability. If you have a job with an 18 hour shift, be mentally hard enough to not care if you can’t do the challenge, and create your own achievements that push you harder The cornerstone of the ideology is separation of your worth from peer’s opinions EDIT: WHOA people on Reddit with shift work have done it

Love> be the person you want to be. That is what Jim Carrey did. He added: “I wrote myself a cheque for $10 million for ‘acting services rendered’ and I gave myself 5 years … or 3 years maybe. I dated it Thanksgiving 1995 and I put it in my wallet and I kept it there and it deteriorated and deteriorated. But then, just before Thanksgiving 1995, I found out that I was going to make $10 million on Dumb and Dumber.”

Im so greatful for this video. I wasn't gonna watch because its so long, but Im glad I did. Im on day 8. I went out with my sisters for a birthday last night and I am proud because I drank salsa water with lime and crushed berries amd I was fine, but other people give me their bitch voice excuses. That was nuts to realize. My sister were saying things like, You sure you dont want some cake its really good? Ohh this is so good, just taste this drink. Everytime I said no, I felt amazing. Lol. My salsa water was great!
