Wow, you are so lucky. You will get to go Flam and Geiranger. The midnight sun cruise is one of my top 3 cruises. You will get good weather as it's around Summer solstice. We didn't have good weather Tromso only. Alesund has very nice views

Did you purchase your excursion privately prior to sailing or were there tour operators available at the pier?

We bought the tickets to North Cape at the pier at North Cape Tourist Information. We did not buy before sailing. There will be a small lineup at the Tourist Information and there are different excursions available. For this specific excursion, there are multiple times going and we selected the bus going at 11am as we got off the ship at around 10:20am.
