First off, not all rappers sound the same. Might have the same subject matter but the majority of rappers are doing their own thing. 2ndly, you don’t want to rap anymore because you have nothing to contribute to it as you say so, who cares what you think if you’re not gonna be an example of doing something different ?

Lupe thinks people can't read between the lines so we'll just take his words for it. This man had been accusing Kendrick of biting his artwork which has never made sense. E.g: Albums covers, reverse albums, using martial arts...etc Then once he gets a chance to talk about Kendrick he claims Drake and Logic are better lyricists 🤷🏾♂️. It’s crazy how ppl is fake acting like Kendrick didn’t use Kanye, weekends , future & etc. who was on the like that remix fan bases Kanye said on a interview that him and the hooligans were getting together to talk about the “elimination of Drake” they all came together and talked about who was gonna be the one to go out there and battle Drake & they picked Kendrick but it’s a plot twist tho they sent kendrick out there to make it seem like he’s battling Drake by himself in reality they knew that all of them making a diss together would bring all their fan bases together to click up against Drake these niggas not dumb why do you think the weekend or future or Kanye haven’t came out and said nothing or dropped any music & been so quiet ? It was planned that’s why come on now you think Kendrick is just gonna come off the couch by himself and go head up with Drake and win? He said everybody was excited for the elimination of Drake he never mentioned having a meeting and choosing Kendrick 😂. Guess what it wasn't even the industry people alone even folks from Toronto themselves said they were happy for this moment. It wasn't even for no reason, this man has been running around thinking that he's untouchable, running after other people's girls, destroying relationships, attacking his exes' current partners, blocking artists from his own town from rising and stealing from not only them but from other artists around the world to stay on top. The Weeknd, Kanye, Future, Metro Boomin, Rick Ross, Asap Rocky, Rihanna, Meghan Thee Stalion, Serena Williams, Tyga, Travis Scott and Kendrick Lamar all these people got beef with Drake and he's the one who started it all not them. Kanye said that the reason Drake thinks he is untouchable is because he has a rich baby daddy named Lucian. Lucian Gringe owns 50% of the music industry and he said it himself that he will always have Drake's back. Another thing that has always helped Drake was his ties with J Prince. Kendrick just happened to be the right person to humble Drake. 1. He's signed with Lucian a publishing deal and Lucian can't block him 2. Most folks in the industry love and respect Kendrick 3. He's a big artist on the same level as Drake 4. He's a better Mc than Drake 5. He had the entire West coast behind him and J Prince wasn't going to interrupt him like he did with other artists who had issues with Drake. Conclusion this was nothing but a rap beef that has lasted for over 11 years and Kendrick had been baiting Drake and before all of this he name dropped Drake on his last Album letting him know that they will never be cool. Then comes Drake asking for a feature and Kendrick turns it down then we hear First Person Shooter then 5 months later Kendrick responds by starting a rap civil war. Everybody was quiet during this period regardless of who they favorite was between the two. And guess who else hasn't said anything or dropped any music, everybody else 😂. I don't understand what you mean by Kendrick winning against Drake by himself. Don't the diss tracks speak for themselves? Are you saying Kendrick had help and Drake was alone? Wasn't the media backing Drake?

The guy's a complete pretentious dikkhead, who condescends and always believes he's the smartest person in the room. Some of his music is dope, but I can see why he never reached his potential. His personality seems unlikeable and unrelatable, especially to black people. That tweet uncovered about him being "more culturally Japanese" rather than Black is pure coonery.

Lupe wants to police opinion because he believes his influence is so weak in todays world. Rappers are yappers. Lupe stretches to appeal by creating outlandish concepts that worked when he did it on an underwater slave revolt, but fails on "what if Amy Winehouse was a battle rappers?" That sounds like one of those random word apps. And the album was lame. It was very soft and very verbose, where Lupe is just yapping. Most rappers do this. There's only Kendrick , because he understands like Jay-Z like Andre 3000, that there is a limit to one's height and one's ability to create something that is truly inspiring. After it's not inspiring it's just for you, and if it's just for you and you don't want criticism then that should've never left your computer hard drive.

Lupe Is known to have an arrogant side of him we all have it which is why when they asked him questions about certain artists and all time list. He has a different outlook which is fine. I choose not to interact with Music Stans or snobs because they have no points of reference in time.
