What swami ji is sayimg makes perfect sesse. We can live in modern world and can follow traditions. Every one is full of ego. Thats why it is hard to follow what he is saying. Put our ego aside and love and care for any one will make the relation stronger. In this fast pace of life we want instant results. Child can not be born instant. There r rules to follow to have a child. Nature has its course , same with our relations. If we r passive and caring things do work out

I read this book and I just loved it. Somebody should attempt to prepare a movie by taking inspiration from this, because the incidences and situations that Richard was going through were just amazing. I think this is the plan of the Lord to send such a wonderful devotee to India for the upliftment of Indians who are now a days getting trapped in the jugglery of the Fake sadhus. The work initiated by Radhanath Swami is just incrediable and some of websites are the proof for that.

So fortunate to read this book!!

the qualities that radhanath maharaj mentions in his book like humility,compassion & tolerance have become irrelevant in todays age and so are the chamatkari babas whom maharaj met in his journey.the ground reality...india which gave a lot of things to the world including krsna consciousness is now a trapped in a cesspool of irreligiosity,superstition & abstract poverty.india needs material progress & not gandhi's outlook of "universal" brotherhood

regarding "where is the credit to Srila Prabhupad?" - i have known Radhanath Swami since 1970 - we met in India while i was traveling with Srila Prabhupad - he is just like Srila Prabhupad in that he credits his Guru by exemplary action - Srila Prabhupad did not speak very often about His own Spiritual Master, Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati - but He kept His Divine instructions in His heart and the forefront of His mind, and took action on them every moment, just like Radhanath Swami does...

He owes everything to Srila Prabhupada. But where is the credit?
