I am very tensed about my studies nowadays. I’m very worried for them. I asked my teachers for some advice but it doesn’t really help. So one day I came from my academy crying because I just couldn’t focus on stuff and I started saying that life is hard I don’t want to live anymore. No one could help me. I used to sleep late at night because I was crying. I had a calendar in my lounge and I saw it. It had some verses of the Quran about Stress, anxiety, depression and stuff. I was so shocked when I saw this verse. It was Surah Yusuf verse 86 that: He said, "I only complain of my suffering and my grief to Allah, and I know from Allah that which you do not know. I felt that if Allah was talking to me and made me realize that I should discuss my problems with Allah. Pray to Him and leave everything to Him.
