This is amazing and what I've been searching for. Question! Let's say I DM 100 group members via this tool, but now I want to add them to my CRM pipeline, is there any way to automate this instead of exporting a CSV? I mean, do you offer an API or a way to push data automatically?

Hello, and thank you for the comment and question. Yes, there is a way to automatically add these people to your CRM... with another TaskBot. You or I could quickly and easily create an automation to do this, and tag, or add these people to a workflow. Make sense?

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear. I'm saying that agency owners who provide a high-ticket service building out popular software automations for clients can now build their own mini-software without a developer or investor using no-code tools. We no longer are tied to only offering services that customize the software programs of others. We can build our own mini-software that solves a repetitive problem, saving time and money for our users, and we collect the low-ticket monthly recurring revenue. Make Sense?

The answer to the last name issue is to create a new Bot Field linked with a CUF that applies a number to each new user. Then you'd set an action that would increase the bot field by 1 with every new person that enters the flow. You would then replace the Last name search with this new User ID search. This User ID is different from the Messenger ID. It is not automatically given by Manychat, but is automatically given by your flow that you create
