I'm from the generation of fans that first heard Boston songs played in a tv show. In my case, from Supernatural and Mindhunter. The first time I heard More Than a Feeling and Don't Look Back less than a decade ago, I was completely blown away not only by Brad's soaring vocals but also by the magical sound of the band. Thank you so much for posting this concert - it's amazing!

I missed that tail end when I went to the restroom. I came out and there were my cousins and friends, waving me down, saying we got kicked out. Thank you whomever filmed this, it's good footage.

I was at this show. One of the best shows I saw from this era of the band, rare acoustic break and the dancing days is awesome! It was when Scotty was put on the death list and people were betting on when he was going to die...❤ Sober yeah right???? This was right before he got arrested and the band almost broke up for good. Luckily they reunited and put out 4 in 1999 and toured until 2001.

Appreciate the kudos. Believe it or not the separate Jason clip with Seek and Destroy from this gig is my #1 viewed video! It averages 1k views per day and sits at 1.3 million views as of today. Even though the channel cannot be monetized because of copyright. It's nice to see people digging it.

Vinnie Paul blows my mind every single time, the man hits like a truck, yet he is extremly precise and on point. 'Fucking Hostile' sums up what i mean. Always enjoy watching him just glide over the kit while hitting the drums with such force. I understand that practice makes perfect but there's something special about Vinnie.

Stephen is just so fabulous. Awesome to hear him on "3 Days"..yes Perry he r e seems youthful/it's a contrast from the reformed 2024 band but of course !these decades would and ( should've) weighed on us all in a sense .. Great that they are all still here on planet Earth.

Met James for the first time that night. He stopped his limo and got out and kicked it with us behind slims. Fan club show and we had no tickets. We tried to pay the security to let us in but they were hater’s and as soon as they told us no I looked at the box office window at slims and this girl opened up the window and put a sign tickets $25 lol we almost paid $300. Crazy seeing Metallica in such a small venue.

I know they're probably on speed, but I literally think this video is sped up a bit.. it seems more normal at 0.95x
@bootlegcowboys13 күн бұрын
Not sped up at all. That's how fast they played in the 90s. Plus, they were excited to play Oakland.
@soyeons.vegetable.supplier13 күн бұрын
@@bootlegcowboys I get that, but I swear everything including the crowd looks like it's slightly sped up to me.. it's bugging me lol.. But I believe you

Relax my friend and enjoy the ride back to a time when smart phones didn't exist. Everyone in that arena is fully present which means compared to now, most are distracted and bands have slowed down quite a bit. Check out some other shows on my channel and see if you get the same feel. Party on Garth......

BEST SHOW OF PANTERA EVER
@chadra6124 күн бұрын
Seen this a few weeks later at the Palace of Auburn hills, MI. Took 2 people that had never heard, or seen pantera before. I asked, after the show, what did they think? Answer was, “I’m going to church in the morning(it was a Saturday night) that was too much.” All I could do was laugh!
