Wonderful building. Dropped a friend off there last night to stay after a nearby wedding. Have to say, it is a Paranormal Investigators DREAM of a building. Beautiful video. Are there any Ghostly Stories to be told?👻👻👻

It was a beautiful house. Too bad they had a huge fire in 2022 that destroyed much of the house. But it was beautiful while it lasted!

Pleasant tour of one of the UK's sort of Gothic revival exterior meets a faux evolutionary interior, the pretense that it had "been in the family" for centuries and had received stylistic updates, e.g. mill worked 18th century panelling here and victoriana influences there admixed with retro mullioned windows....terribly amusing to those of us with authentic old piles. However, the tour is delightful and the ground floor common areas panelling seems to have French influences which are charming.

could something with this craftmanship and style even be built today? I've seen modern manors in some wealthy areas of major cities and the design and materials are nothing like this, not even close.
