Doing it on the B Model D (the ‘Boog’ lol), I also am using three square waves. I’m keeping them as close to unison as I can, so there are is as little phase cancellation as possible and therefore as fat as I can get. Add a hint of chorus and some reverb, and it’s nearly as big a sound as the modular. The Modular’s big advantage here is in the glide.

Thanks for uploading this. It's really useful to see how close you can get to the original using plugins. I used the flanger effect in Logic to get this sound. You just have to tweak the intensity, rate and feedback parameters.
