*Rant warning* I know it’s because the author decided it that way but Sir Nighteye dying IN A FUCKING HOSPITAL, IN A WORLD OF QUIRKS, WHEN THEY KNEW SERIOUS INJURIES WERE A POSSIBILITY is so bullshite. It would be understandable if he died during the mission when there were no healers around. Or if he died when someone was trying to heal him and he ran out of energy or life juice or whatever. But you SERIOUSLY want me to believe that heroes PLANNED a mission of fighting an entire organization of powerful villains (with one guy who can disintegrate flesh and a whole bunch of guys who can stab, shoot and pierce people) and NOBODY thought: "Hey, maybe we should have a couple good healing heroes on hand? Or at least one?" And the HOSPITAL didn't have a single healing quirk? Hell, if SOMEHOW all of Japan only had a single healing hero, Recovery Girl (who wouldn't work because Sir didn't have the energy), then All Might could have made a few calls to the right people and had a healer from another country help out for this because he's the goddamn All Might. It's such a small thing but it totally broke my immersion.
