Exactement la même approche pour l'harmonie pour moi: pas d'approche! 😂 Ça vient en dernier pour écrire une partition ou grille pour les autres éventuels musiciens 😉 Wonderful work Clément !!! 🤩

I somehow luckily found this video in college, when I started my guitar aspirations. Russell's tone, touch, and voicings blew me away. This arrangement is truly divine and became dear to me. Now in my thirties, it still has the same effect on me. Very saddened to hear of the passing of this absolute legend. Rest in Peace, Mr. Malone.

A similar feel to the music of Wes Montgomery, but his own singular style... lush, warm and just a treat to listen to. Nice job by the recording engineers in bringing us the 'full meal deal' of his sound.

holy crap the drums in this song are so deceiving with their difficulty! I'm currently trying to learn this on the drums and when only listening the song, the drums don't sound super difficult, but when trying to learn it and play along to it, it's so difficult to predict the snare hits and the beats! Im having a lot of fun trying to figure out the rhythms and beats for this one. Good job on this song man it's so well written and is genuinely one of my favorites and has been for a while. such a great album along with your other music! Do you happen to have a public score of this song?
@clems6belio4 ай бұрын
@@Thomas-MUSIC- thanks for the kind. words Thomas. Yes this is a tricky one to learn. Unfortunately I don't have a full score for it, only my own cover here : kzbin.info/www/bejne/aV6pooqgZ9iglacsi=Ju_Betew3Yu0Znjo Also I do sell a Producer Pack on my bandcamp, containing all the stems for all songs of the the album (stems are separate tracks for all instruments so including drums and the cover version). Also including the original midi files so you can have a midi partition of basically all the instruments. I think there are some partial scores but for Chromatic Curtain it might just be the guitar. (+ Presets, artworks, video tutorials etc) So not exactly what you asked but a lot more I'd say :)

What do you mean a room like that. I recorded that in that very bedroom and added some reverb in post.

@@clems6beliohow did you record? Each voice a mic, or a a/b x/y pair? I love to hear more of the used techniques, because it sounds awesome
@clems6belio5 ай бұрын
@@Janenel it's been 8 years so I don't remember exactly, but it was a very crappy mic in the middle of the room, I remember recording 3 or 4 times each part so there are like 16 tracks in total, panned left and right all around, which is definitely the reason why it sound bigger than just 4 voices :)
