It's super fast, when I use cold water to rehydrate for chicken salad it takes about 10-12 minutes. 💕🇺🇸

Thank you, V. Each time you write this out, I print it and add to my Prepper Pantry Planner for me and my family. If I am no longer able to utilize my ingredients, they will know what I planned for.

Any ideas on what I can use my empty buckets for? A comment gave me an idea for a medical bucket. Will do that. But have more. It can’t be food as these will be sitting my freezing or hot garage. So only non food items.

Spot on, Jinne! Thank you so much. I have several survival and pill books, but I need a book on wild plants like maybe a Native American one. Any suggestions on what one to get?

You should also point out at garlic is a blood thinner and should not be used if your blood is too thin already. I learned the hard way.

I have been helping out a friend with medical issues and now it is restocking the home. We just had a talk today about all of this and then went out to get a few items that were not there or lacking in supply of. Then I come home to find this video. I cannot say enough about trying to get a good stock up and know where things are at to be prepared. A little toolbox by the chair is added protection just in case. Great info.

It is a real eye opener when you are tasked with taking care of a wound. I never realized how understocked we were when my husband had a wound on his backside that needed to heal. He got a burn and I learned about sterile saline, medi-honey and having lots and lots of sterile pads and medical tape.

Organization....not so much. I know I have beefed up my medical supplies. However, I really cut the base of my thumb while gardening and ended up rinsing the cut off in cold water, then wrapping it in a paper towel. It kept bleeding so I eventually found some extra large bandaids. I was concerned that my food supply needed to be reorganized. Now I know my medical supplies should be my top priority.

If you have a cesspool you can simply dump water in the toilet bowl in order to flush. Leave buckets outside to collect rainwater, dump in toilet, this doesn't need to be purified for flushing purposes!

Research organic, cold pressed, hexane free castor oil. Oh my goodness! I rubbed it on my arthritis knees and the pain went away. I am now a believer of this stuff. I keep this stuff in my medicine cabinet now.

I hate to tell you that you adding sugar to that, makes it NOT good for you. Try using salt to cut the tartness. There's enough natural sugar in cranberries to throw you out of ketosis
