I think this video missed checking the temperature of the arms. I think it's best to do it at the start before any movement of the arm. Clear video tho

Does it make a difference that the left sided pad wasn't applied correctly according to the picture drawn on the pad? It should technically be horizontal on the left side.

I.e because the bone conduction will better and longer on the affected side the brain will perceive it as louder on the affected side
