Consider copper roof tape for lasting protection after roof cleaning. The flexible tape moulds to any surface, and the copper develops a durable patina which prevents moss growth for decades.

You haven’t accounted for the pitch of the roof, you’ve just measured the base area of the property. You can use a calculator such as omni calculator roofing calculator to get the true sqm of the actual roof.
