Nice review and awesome terrain. My first day on my Troy was North Vancouver tech....about a week ago. It felt like I had been on this bike for years. Tight corners, steep chunder, off camber roots, quick up and overs. It really feels at home there.

Don't buy it! I have one, and in real life, it sucks. Everything is just too small with gloves it just takes forever to adjust things. The leverage is not enough without fitting the axle, which means you have to remove the entire axle and then put it back again. Couldn't even adjust the shifter bolt because the bits are just too short. If you are a weekend worrior, maybe it makes sense, but if you are in a race, just take a mini tool.

Great video! What size did you go with and how tall are you? They seem to run really big so I was thinking about sizing down to a medium at 5’11”

I have both an ibis and an evil. Without a doubt the dw-link is significantly more efficient than Delta. If there is one thing I will say about the Evil, it has proven to be the most bullet proof bike I've ever owned. After 3 years and MANY miles it remains silent as it was when I first rode it. This alone is worth buying an Evil frame!

been debating between the offering and Ripmo. Seems like Ripmo climbs better but evil just looks way cooler
@mtnmist13 жыл бұрын
Evil is more progressive and the Ripmo more linear if that matters to you.

See how much fun they're having w/all the rocks! I love it in there when we get into the rocks and tree roots. It's actually a really fun place to ride. ~JSV

I ride in these woods with friends often. I live like a mile away. Oh... and I go to their bike shop as well! The Fells is a LOT of fun. I've spent hours in there. You can find easy paths all over the area, and even some gNarLy technical rock riding, we even go off the paths and ride through the wooded areas, it's great. It looks a lot bigger once you get in there too. Beautiful scenery. ~JSV

I ride a 2019 Switchblade I bought *the day before the 2020 was released* and wonder how they compare. I love how mine handles funky Califu trails; loamy forests, loose rock, short steep climbs. long grueling climbs, granite - boulders, flowing single track, river crossings, twisting hardpack, babyheads - did I forget anything
