Its because bekyonho and dongso decrease the impact when see Kim chul stopping they're attack

@@LowLevelNoobIsTheBestKZbinr they did say that yes but only in the anime in the manga they didn't even say that and the only issues that I can see here is that how did they see him because of the dust and debris flying ever where. I don't think they were gonna stop although Bekyonho yes may have lowered the power of his punch but I don't know if dongso did it. As we know Bekyonho and dongso hate each other. But it safe to say that it's a argument that wether or not did they held back there punches. He is one of the every few A-rank hunter who were actually close to S-rank but I don't know if they confirmed it or not
