You have to apply for an Alien Landowner’s Licence which involves a check on your police record, and costs around 10% of the purchase price of the property. Otherwise it’s fairly straightforward. The Grenadines Collection have plenty of houses and plots to view online. I bought a house there three years ago - it’s a very charming, friendly island. Best of luck.

Beautiful stadium, as are all across the caribbean region😍. However, if St.Vincent ever experiences a generational, major hurricane than storm surge is going to be a significant issue with the Arnos Vale Stadium , lets hope West Indies can whip up a *Caribbean Hurricane of runs* vs England today in the 1st T20I starting in about 75 minutes 🤭🤭

Thank you so much for the virtual tour of Fort Duvernette. I am old now, but when I first came to SVG, my family and I lived on Young's Island. That was long before it became a resort. As a 13yo, I climbed to the top of the fort, and I remember seeing initials etched onto the wall with a heart. I wonder if those lovers' initials are still there!
