I remember Mickey Blake opened Mickeys Magic Mill in Norco, Ca. Late 70’s. The bread smell was INCREDIBLE!

I realized later that she is not sick. She's pissed at me! I had been thinking, "Why doesn't this bat fly out? I opened the door...." . . . I thought for sure the bat had been trapped by accident in the room where I was staying. I assumed she was looking for a way out! Duh! No. I had invaded _her_ space. That's what pissed her off, too! Of course. I was trying to "let her out of her own home .. lol.

Great bike, I love them and have a couple of my own. Hardly anything ever goes wrong with them because they are just so low-tech that they just keep going and going. They are really great little work-horses. Judging by the handlebars I would guess that yours is from the mid 70s. Normally you can tell from the Sturmey-Archer hub which will usually have the date stamped somewhere on it like 05/79 or something similar, but your hub doesn't look original - because as far as I know - they only made three-gear shoppers. Yours looks like it has had a bit of an upgrade.

What a lovely version of the famous song! I'm a new fan of Michael, literally since yesterday! I watched Kurt Vile's "What's In My Bag?" and one of the albums he chose was Michael's "Hi Fi Snock Uptown" !

@GoodmanMIke595 жыл бұрын
I saw a 1 HP versus a 3/4 HP motor magic Mill. Same basic price, 3/4 looks better is all. Expect to do beans, corn, wheat. Is the one horsepower worth it? I would think so. Rare?

What is the different between Vincent Bach Stradivarius 42 Tenor trombone, and 42A, 42B and 42BOT?

I really don't know. This video is of a guy who came into my shop and played a trombone I had then. I don't know much about trombones. :-)

A - Hagmann valve, B - usual rotor valve
@andrewstump61382 жыл бұрын
Little late of a reply here, but I believe you can get a straight 42 or a 42B, which would have a standard valve closed wrap f-attachment, then there is 42BO which is standard valve open wrap. I'm not sure 42BOT would be a real model, but 42BOG would--that would be a standard valve open wrap, with gold brass bell. There is also the 42T which has the Thayer valve, which is now (renamed/redesigned?) 42AF (axial flow valve).
