I can see how some medical staff might just file it and forget it, but I'm also sure that there are those who might actually look it over and inform you that they will not be able to accept this document or provide you with any further medical services. Their problems are solved, but now you have to go on a hunt to find an office that will accept it and provide you with medical help. I've adopted another plan which is to simply drop the insurance company altogether. Here's why. My employer paid for 100% of my dental plan. I had already gone in to see what it would cost to get my wisdom teeth extracted ($1,200.00). Six months later, I presented my dental plan card compliments of my employer and received a bill for $1,100.00. I worked for my employer for three years while he paid $100.00 per month ($3,600.00). I saved a whopping $100.00 by having that dental card and the insurance company pocketed $3,500.00. When my fiance happened to mention to her anesthesiologist that she didn't have any insurance, he informed her that she should tell the billing department at the hospital and they would knock 60% off the top. Well, that's about exactly what it would be if she had insurance except that she'd be paying for insurance. So why not just skip the insurance altogether and pay the exact same thing without giving the insurance company anything? After giving me a stress test, a halter monitor, EKG, echo etc. my doctor informed me that she wanted to have me wear a halter for a month. I simply declined and after she worked her way down to 48 hours, I asked her what she proposed to do after looking over the results. She said she would probably be putting me on a new medicine for rapid heart rate. I then pointed out that the EKG, echo and stress test and Halter ALL pointed to the fact that I do NOT have a rapid heart rate, but a sporadic palpitation. I then asked her why she would want to put me on this medication when I don't have a rapid heart rate to begin with. She then reluctantly nodded in agreement and said she would revisit this idea at my next appointment in six months.

You are not a sovereign if you can be taxed on wages from your labor. You are not a sovereign if you pay taxes on the land you "own". This is called slavery. Enfranchisement (the right to vote), should be limited to net contributors. Anyone who is a net drain on the system, anyone who has a government job, anyone who doesn't contribute any taxes, should not be allowed to vote. It's a conflict of interest when they vote for benefits for themselves or to grow the government, while not pitching in.
