I am s really big empath and this is exactly what I needed to hear. It's so hard not to take on someone's pain by listening to it. I really liked the sympathy being judgement part and it not being loved. It helped put things in place for me. Thank you so much for posting this.

at 13:01 ...Thank 16 year old self for having the courage in looking out for himself. Have gratitude for yourself back then and you could find you trusting yourself more today.

This was a really good coaching session, really love how you Reframe the kid's life path and how these ties into the Soul purpose! because that's 100% what's happening, i would even say the kid was Teaching the mom how to regulate her emotions and guilt and the mom will show her how to empower her gifts. Yaaaaa ied say it's a safe to bet they pick each other to come down here & i would ever go as far as to say they are probably in the same soul family :)

Been dealing with this a lot recently. Doing too much. Exactly what you described. I just feel If I’m being, not doing anything but resting I’m not actively going towards my goals. Though I really need a break

It was the best they could at the time? Strongly disagree. People were making bad choices and could have done better. That sounds like a strange way to soften the blow for yourself. People need to be real when going through any healing that's needed.

This is sooo good! Such a compassionate and tender session ❤ I couldn’t help crying. I related in so many ways. Thank you and many blessings to you both. I am going to be more intentional about reparenting myself ❤.

I can so relate to this episode and I see myself in Roman. I’ve always had to do it on my own and it’s super hard to ask for help.

Indeed! Some say older generation are very strong for coming through so much obstacles in their lives including WW II. I say they have very strong endurance to withstand, resist, endure, and preserver.

It's a fine coaching session. Some helpful questions were there. The question, "Why do you think your soul picked that?" is riddled with some heavy pre-suppositions, and implies some unhelpful concepts. All in all. She had some helpful insights so the guidance was valuable.

Please explain why you use the term “I don’t want you to…” when is it OK, during a session, to tell a client what WE want,? Somewhere around 9:00. Thank you for offering this. I took Many notes, and learned. Just confused on this one moment. Thanks!

I like the session in general I just don’t necessarily like her body language, the interruptions and the fact she talks a lot, she’s guiding the session ( so I felt this is more of mentoring more than coaching)

Christine, I can’t begin to tell you how much this session touched my heart. As a new coach, I am learning so much from you about being present and offering that unconditional positive regard for the client and being that safe space for them to open up. On the other hand, I resonated deeply with Chrystal personally, so I processed some of my own father issues as well. Just amazing! PLEASE post more videos as this helps immensely to embody the feelings of the transformation process in action. Infinite love and gratitude for all that you do. ❤🙏🏽🤩

I can forgive him, but I'll never forget how he let me down, 3 times. I told him, "we'll never be friends, again. I don't trust you, anymore, if you ever try to say "hello" to me, I'll ignore you". I live in the same suburb, in a small town. I see him, he sees me & we ignore each other. I didn't tell him to his face, I forgave him. I did this for myself, only as my closure. God forgives people. I believe in God 🙏
