ok here's the reasons why you're slightly out of your mind. Scarlet witch gets MUCH worse in the higher ranks so she is at best like a B tier, hela and luna snow are both extremely cracked and should be much higher up, magneto is like the second best tank, mantis is like the second best healer in the game and literally has the highest winrate of any character and raccon and starlord are both pretty mid characters.

There are times where psylockes is just not there. You can full burst someone, and .5 seconds of a support can heal all it back with no cooldowns for you
