I often dug up old cans when looking for coins. I didn't think about lifting the coil up to determine if the target is large ore small. Thanks for the tip.

Nice idea, but you shouldn't be doing anything "child related". You are a registered sex offender. You molested an 8 yr old boy and are on the national sex offender registry, Even Lorne Granger. This act does NOT redeem you!

I like mine as well but I don't know if it's that it new but now matter how much I adjust it rubs the crap out of the sides of my neck and I have j screws screwed all the way in and where they sit in upper mount they sit 1-2inches off my body

The struts are VERY important. They enable you to carry the weight all day long. Longer is better for taller guys. I swing the GPZ 7000 with a 19 inch coil all day without getting tired.

Wish is was a bit bigger than a 8 of a inch Mike. Use Cornell's gold cube and was hooked.

I notice your shovel is bent backwards like mine did the first time I used it, they're terrible those Sampsons. Good video on the AT Gold though.

Why is this even a video? Minlab quality is light years above garrett anything

This is my best pulse machine . Aftet a learning audio curve you will always hear the difference between a valuable metal and iron . Only for very tiny targets you will need the iron check . And that's it . This is a real all terrain machine as even the multifrequency VLF cannot handle a very high amount of minéralisation . Happy hunting .

I tryed other pinpointers & I now use the same trx that your useing & I find it to be one of the best I ever used. If you take good care of it. It should last a long time. I find its a little water proof for the rainny days but I would never use it under water at the beach , rivers or lakes . I don`t understand why everyone like having a light on theses pointers If you need light at night its better to buy a headlamp of flashlight for detecting thats what i use but I don`t detect that much at night. I would never rub the tip into the dirt & use it as a digging tool, thats how they wear out & break.

I just purchased my AT Pro about three weeks ago and learning those sounds and pops are key! Right now I'm just working my Father in Laws property with the small 5x8 coil. The house was built in '58 on about 1 acre. He recently passed and the property is to be sold in a year so I am making sure I find as many old relics, family heirlooms and coins as possible before the sale. My two best finds so far are a Japanese Sterling 925 cufflink, and another small silver ring from Japan. He was stationed in Okinawa in the mid 50's as an engineer in the Air Force. An instant connection! Coin wise, have found roughly 12 -16 wheat pennies but no silver coins yet. I know they are down there, and I'll find them soon!
