You wrote an implicit particle plasma solver. How can you not be famous? :) By the way, in any of your simulations, did you ever observe a formation of a magnetic island in the solution? The magnetic island seems to be a trademark of a particle code, either that or considerable asymmetry in the solution (which was why I knew right away you're using a particle code before I even knew you were Markidis)...
