wow this was a real eye opener for me.... i was eating ALOT of yogurt for quite some time.... just for the fact that i liked it not for any "health Benefits"or anything. Oddly enough about 6 weeks ago i went to eat my usual morning yogurt and it completely turned me off actuallly made me want to throw up no idea why but i am thanking God now for that! Oh and thenlike 4 weeks ago my skin started looking better then ever... BUT i also added the OsmosisMD Cataylst and Neogenesis serum and moisturizer. I can’t get over the fact you are working with the guy again. I will never forget your crying rant when you thought he had screwed you over & you said a lot of bad things about him being shady and that many people have accused him the same things. i've been searching literally years for answers on my rosacea problem. it's typically in my cheeks, sometimes my forehead and around my nose. i've tried so many medications, treatments and skincare ingredients and nothing has ever touched it. sometimes it's worse than others and i've never understood why. I have a panic disorder and when i've gone through bouts of that, barely eating for a month or two, my skin completely clears up. I've discovered this recently but have no idea how to approach what could be causing it considering my diet is not that unhealthy and anytime i've gone on a relatively strict diet, it doesn't seem to go away. for the life of me, i cannot figure out what triggers it and no doctor i've spoken to about it knows either.
