For the first two weeks most of the growth factor products say to use night and day and then you can move on to once a day. Stem factor should go on right after cleansing / toning and be the very first part of your skincare routine! Brianna is all over the place with her growth factors, she owns a skincare store so her preferred stem factors and just about everything else are constantly changing (gives me whiplash) but the Plated and Neogenesis seem to be GREAT products from my experience with them. I did purchase the Neogenis and about a week into using it the pump broke. It was past the thirty-day return policy Skin Truth has (I was finishing up my osmosis and purchased my Neogeis during a sale) and Skin truth would not replace it. For that reason I will not buy it from Skin Truth but only from a Derms office. I used Skin Medica TNS for over 15 years I really loved it. I tried the first Osmosis stem on a recommendation from this channel and was not wowed but have really been happy with the other two I mentioned. Oh, I also purchased the calcium on a recommendation here and would NOT recommend it, it is a cream and it is hard to wear with other products during the day. That was a lot, sorry. Basically, Stem Factors are the first part of your routine, day and night first two to three weeks and then you can move to once a day if you like or use twice a day. If buying from Skin Truth the plated is awesome, Neogenis is great as well but I would not purchase from Skin Truth in case there is a pump issue (it seems to be a cheaply made bottle and delivery system).

We are very good with helping customers out so I’m sorry my customer service perhaps didn’t do what she could further to help the situation for you 🥰 we do have a 30 day policy yes, so they were just following policy but in the future though, we will be glad to replace a broken bottle pump if that should happen again ❤️

Your customer service team is AMAZING in helping when you overbuy ALL the products and need help sorting out a proper routine or need a recommendation, they are patient, informative, and very helpful :> I understand the policy, however, I am stuck with a full bottle of Neogenisis that I can not use at a very steep price, it would be great to have that bottle replaced now instead of if I have future issues. Either way, I will continue to purchase 99% of my products from your store, love the service and the product variety. BTW, wish I were you so I could try all the things as well!

@@teresaradlinskakuzmanovic988 peptides in products are great too. So if trying to budget you may be getting peptides already. I just find that adding a growth factor serum definitely takes my skincare routine and gives it that extra nudge 😉❤️
