Spectacular is a better show 100% however it doesn’t mean he’d actually win in a fight against Ultimate Spider-Man. Ultimate has way more feats, way more fights, and mostly just over scales against spectacular in a fight. (Also I been rewatching the Ultimate show, it isn’t that bad but Spectacular is definitely better)

I had my dad (who's watched MCU, Spectacular, Maguire's, Andrew's, and grew up watching 1990) watch an episode or two of Ultimate, he stared at it quietly the whole time before looking at me and going "Don't ever put that show on again." And walked away. Personally I like ultimate's universe and give credit where due, but ultimate didn't capture Peter or Spiderman's personality, and the jokes ruined the experience the whole time. Felt like watching a PG Deadpool wannabe.
