Again. The cutting board work..... it's the way the hand work is very slow, and measured, and careful. It's also very meditative, and you can clear your mind while watching it. Thank you. I might try this recipe!

As someone who discovered ASMR back when Gentle Whispering started, at first I thought; "cooking ASMR? that's ridiculous!" Then, I watched it anyway. Wow. I know that tracing and (SLOW) tapping are some of my triggers, so the cutting board work was AMAZING!!! I also loved the close-ups. The second time around working with rolling out the dough with the sounds from the rolling pin, and working it into the pan, and also the drying and arranging of the vegetables. Several triggers. The only thing missing was the on-screen caption of how long it was baked, and at what temperature! Which is why I appreciate the inclusion of the recipe!

Can firm tofu be used in place of silken ?
@apartyforone30894 жыл бұрын
Silken would be preferable as it creates creamier texture. Firm might produce a more powdery texture. We haven't tested out using firm tofu, but if you do, share your results!

Do you have a test run for whichever recipe you finalize?

Depends on how comfortable I am with the recipe and if I have made it before! Sometimes I just wing it and hope for the best because I also don't like to be wasteful :)
