Hi, is this class roughly in between the U.S. APBA inboard classes 2.5 modified and National Modified - closer to 2.5 modified? The kilo record seems to indicate so.

All GP hydros do as far as I know. Producing up to 2500hp you kinda have to.

It would be great to have these GP boats in Seattle. I bet they would help draw more of a crowd. Seattle has had a long tradition of power boat racing. these are really fun to watch plus the roar of the engines harkens back to the old piston powered boats. Awesome!!
