Tbh eastbourne beach is 100 times better than oriental bay, and you can take a ferry from the waterfront and stop on somes island on the way and te papa museum is amazing but dont miss wellington museum which is about a 5 min walk on the waterfront from te papa. The cable car is great and worth going on but the bolton street cemetery is better if you went to the national library to read the treaty of waitangi, the womens suffrage petition or parliment and bolton strees cemetery had amazing roses and other plants to get to wellington botanic gardens and then walk up the botanic gardens via the herb garden and stop by fragifert perfumery and try to win a free perfume and go down via the cable car(its better going down anyways).

I want to go so badly, I’m just worried about getting back into a well paid job when I’m back as I’m pretty lucky with my current one. But that being said, it makes me miserable so part of me thinks whats the point in continuing if it makes me so unhappy?
