I danced this every year for 5 years. Loved every minute of it!! The hardest part was the first day, the second day was way easier. 💕💕💕💕

I'm Native American myself. My honest question for you is, I know Native tribes aren't going against each other like all crazy but why is there still somewhat animosity between tribes in 2023? Especially after all the rejection and racism we face from non native groups. I'm for all Native/indigenous people but I believe there are some things we need to work on within our people and tribes getting along with one another is a issue that still needs to be taken care of.

That is something that goes to each individual or it is possible that ancestors have passed down grudges among the people. I cannot truly say . Only hope that we can all understand that when our time come . our children will learn from the past

Sah woh nii'...sah woh nii.!! Un bi angeh dii.....I pray that the Creator allow US, once again to Bring out all the Seasonal Dances for the occasions. The pandemic has changed not only our world we live in, but our culture as well. I hope and Pray that Men will rise up yet, again and bring certain Dances out so we may bring life and longevity to OUR Owinge. The sound of the Tom'be and the Songs in which WE Sing here in Kha'p'o' Owinge will restore and reguvinate OUR LIVES here in OUR Pueblo! May Gods Grace and Mercy be upon EACH AND EVERYONE OF US HERE IN SANTA CLARA PUEBLO, and those who participate whole heartily. We do not take our ceremonies lightly, but with honor and pride WE stand with courage to continue to fulfill the duties and purpose here on earth. GOD BLESS KHA'PO OWINGE!!

I see a hanno clown here. They are sometimes depicted as a Katsina "doll" so I don't know if they are a sacred figure or the same as a Christian deacon? They are obviously a religious figure, I just don't know their place when I see them at social dances. I know they are present when the kachinas return to Hopi.
