In the Q and A about slide 8 Kert said 15K controls on Astra but it's actually 10K because of the 2:1 ratio.

This is really exciting and commendable work -- years ahead of its time! In a broad sense, it's extending the whole concept of Bayesian inference to a broader scientific inference context: you're using prior structural information about how a disease progresses to reduce uncertainty in a statistical analysis of outcomes, producing, among other things, a potentially large increase in statistical power. And just in general, it's great to see this level of 'brainpower' going into a statistical analysis! That's how discoveries are made and innovations developed.
