I first heard this song when Richard Harris sang it so many years ago. It still moves me to this day. Even this instrumental rendition gives me emotions. The vinyl record is old and scratched but still it gives me nostalgia. Some songs are timeless.

Hi Dean I received your email, but when replied it was undeliverable to [email protected] My email read: Hi Dean Adagio from Concierto De Aranjuez is not in the Public Domain as the composer only died in 1999. As a result, I cannot legally sell this arrangement. I am happy to just give you a copy of the score and parts for you to try out with your group at no cost. I would just ask for some feedback on the arrangement once you have tried it... If you are happy with this, I will send you the music once I hear back from you. And this illustrates why computer-based music will never beat a real band or orchestra. The tempo. Tick, tick, tick, tick ... a conductor imparts feeling, something a computer can not, and probably will never, do. Great arrangement, but I'd like to hear a brass band play it 😉

I have loved this melody ever since. This was also used in the KLM airline commercial---the first time I heard it. Then I heard a Mantovani rendition in a classical music radio station. It is only now that I knew about its title and its history. Thank you. Great rendition by a brass band.
