Your cat isn’t black because that’s the color..,, it’s black because either you have a bad graphics card or you have settings all the way down. Just a heads up if you weren’t aware. Just hit escape, and you’ll find the options from there

I think abyssal game play is some of the hardest content in eve. It's not something I am overly familiar with and you are correct it should be mentioned. Captain Benzie has done videos on this and in more detail than I am able to at this point. stay aligned (at least pointing towards if not moving) your warp out. and you talked for like 40 seconds after enemy landed... pay attention and get out before they even close on you.

Is there a reason you don’t at least show info on the WHs? Will tell you the type of space and class you are going into. Seems weird to just randomly face check a bunch of WHs and hope for the best.

The honest answer is I'm inexperienced at wh exploration. It's never really been my strong suit. I included the section on wh gas mining because it has a high profit🙂 and as an alpha it's a great way to make isk. There are gaps in my wh video not because it's an evil plot but mostly because I am also on the learning curve. Thanks for pointing this out and if you would like feel free to tell people here how to get and use that information. I would appreciate it as it helps everyone involved and we all learn as we move forward. Thanks again for the great comment.

Try changing the colours on your overview to a really bright colour for any ships. It’ll help catch your eye

that is a great idea. I fiddled with that a bit on my main. I use Z-S Overview normally. I tried to alter the overview as little as possible in this to be more in line with what a player who might not stylize the UI for whatever reason. Went more with an out of the box setup. But, a great point.

who wants to gank a venture in HSec, so much paranoia! You can also write in the J-Space chat, everyone knows that you are in the system anyway with this ship. And if you warp to the sun that's the first mistake, better use the moons of the planets. Of course that doesn't work in Shattered. I, for example, have known where you are and who you are for a long time. And I would have already triggered all of the gas sites in the hope that you would come with a decent ship to fight the rats. ;) And if you want to be sure, never hack or miner where someone else has already scanned!

@@Outcast.Horizon wormlife has a freeport network in wormholes too! I just moved in 2 weeks ago but its been pretty great / chill. Starting to learn rolling holes for safety, and just made us a shared bookmark folder today so we can share scan work. Right now I'm living in the Plath wormhole, I can link you the spreadsheet if you want/ we can seed you / find an entrance for you whenever

Glad you enjoyed it. I have no dedicated video card. I am frying my CPU but it is the best I can do with what I have. I don't think there is a way I can increase the video quality without an upgrade. Sorry for the inconvenience. Still happy to help with pesky video itches though. 🙂 o7

One correction, the RSS Core probes are top tier and really expensive. Sisters are a really good value for the added benefits. Keep at it bro. Definitely need to dscan alot more. I absolutely love wormholes amd camt imagine playing anywhere else.

Wingspan is good at what they do. I died to them and the pilot was a rookie to their corp. I can't really say much bad about wingspan. It's like anything really it is what you make of it and who you make it with.

Gas huffing is pretty safe if you do it right. orbit cloud at 500m to get you off warp in. and keep hitting the Dscan. That astero must've had plus +3 scrams to hold you like that, He landed at 50 km and burned in and i was shouting "astero" at the screen lol. You also have to press the warp stab before you warp though... keep trying, you'll soon get the hang of it :)

Correct he did have a 3 point scram. I talked to him in chat after and he pointed out the things you are pointing out here. I do have a lot to learn in wormholes. I just hoped to show people that you can make some good isk in gas and a few of the basic good practices. Mistakes were made things were learned and prices were paid. Thanks for the comment and let's hope I and other can learn from the loss. :) o7

Even a faction scram can't hold a warp core stabbed venture. The venture has +2 core stability built INTO the ship. So you actually need 5 points of scram to hole one that has a core stab on it. He just panicked and forgot to move, or hit the score stab for way too long. You can see after he activated it, and hits warp, he actually starts his warp, but it stops when his core stab decycles because he panicked for so long. Love and learn.

@@Brockzillagaming A fair assessment. I got caught flat footed because I was more focused on the commentary than the area I was in and when I saw them coming I had a panic reflex. Error compounded with bad practice, and over reaction equaled death of a ship. I am happy I got my pod out though.

Hey man! You could be orbiting at 0 with MWD on (you can get 2200 m/s) which will make you harder to catch😄 This also helps with when the rats spawn in the cloud, you have more time to react.

I should be orbiting. You are right on this point. I am not so sure about the MWD being on as it widens the orbit and you need to be at a range of 1500m with that scoop type and with the MWD on align time will be longer as you turn slower with a ab or mwd active. But ... yes mistakes were made. Thanks for the feed back and I hope you at least enjoyed the panic and expensive fireworks display. 😭🙂 o7

@@Outcast.Horizon hehe yeah, its fun to see someone else panic for once😄 I am able to orbit 0 with MWD active on venture but i have decent SP + omega, you will overshoot at first but then it gets corrected after a while. You should try it out. When i use 10mn AB on prospect i have to reduce speed to around 1600m/s

@@Janarkii Oh ya I did panic and after mentioning to not panic that reflex is really something you have to work at in eve. Prospect is a nice ship. I will most certainly orbit as even the wingspan member suggested the same thing. I am not against trying new things and it will take some time and more experience to get better at wormhole gas harvesting. I will play with mwd and ab to try and see if there are measurable differences in warp out times by module or without it. Which ever is faster should be the preferred method going forward. 🙂

Dscan onve per cycle? 25 seconds??? Listen, to survive wormhole space, your finger will need to have some sort of twitch that hits v for dscan. I press that thing 2 or 3 times per second as it only takes 5-10 seconds for a combat scan

Also, you were warping, but panicking and turned off the warp core stabilizer 😂 then the warp canceled. Also, the astero was on grid with you burning towards you 50km+. Pay some more attention 😂 o7

@@umadbroimatroll7918 Yes you are correct. I was more focused on commentary than what was going on and the result was getting caught flat footed and I did in fact miss a few clicks. Like my hardener and the rest you mentioned. Well done in the analysis. :)

You are referring to a warp scrambler. That destabilizes your ability to go to warp.
