Thanks for this, Nige. I was at this one. The CountaPoint was such a great venue. Very good people running it, and that gathering of little stalls clustered around on that raised area gave it a bit of an indoor festy vibe. Then sometimes there would be an exodus after to a layby party (I particularly remember Omnia Opera playing at one). So good to hear this.

P.S I'm an old geezer living in London who doe's not look like an old geezer cos of my fizzy kool nrg, recently took up diatonic and chromatic harmonica, but lungs are fukced from where & tear so moved onto Gtar, love playing rhythm, especialy with 12 string & slide. Not much scale knowledge as I prefer the caveman approach, any takers out there? I have all the time in the world. P.PiS.S.......I love to fingerpick if the buds are uncoated!

It's good but it lacks a bit of the intensity of the old early 90s performances. The loss of john the flautist was a major blow. And Eat Static leaving was another huge minus. The band never really filled in with the same wildness and talent. Modern Ozrics needs some acidic influence. Some random vector, Some chaos. Luv and Peace.

1:37 Frank Gambale on bass. I had no idea he had this project going on. Wow.

The visual are AMAZING especially at 48:45 for the rest of Burundi Spaceport and then during Jellylips. They nail Sunscape which makes Sniffing Dog even more insane b/c it hasn't aged a day.

This is my favourite Ozrics live video, even though the visuals are not projected directly behind the band. Joie was, and still is, the god of weird keyboard playing and this element of unexpected twists and turns is what I miss from those days. The whole performance is just magical.

Sorry but Ozrics is like a group with no pulse nowadays
